Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I had a horrible experience with this place, and people need to question everything. They are very controlling, and almost bullies and they target people they believe they can overcharge. First time I went, they pointed out about 7K estimate to repair a 2008 Convertible. Some of the issues were legitimate, but I got everything fixed for less than 1/2 of what they were charging. I went back to change my oil because they are close to where I live, & they do a tire rotation. My new tires w/ only 5K miles on them. I bought them somewhere else. They "showed me a photo" of a tire w/ a screw in it, said it was on my car. They wanted to charge $32 to fix it. I said no thanks. I drove to where I bought the tires, he pulled it out w/ his fingers, said it was not even "in my tire". This place gets your car on the lift and tries to soak every customer for things they do not need or are not wrong. They actually put that screw into the new tread to try to get me for extra money and worse, they left it in there and could have punctured a brand-new tire. The first time, did they put the screws into those tires too? I have no idea. But it's rare to run over screws unless you are a car

My first time coming here! Saturday 5/16/26 I had an amazing experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers located at 235 S Belcher Rd, Clearwater, FL 33765! From the moment I called, the waiting time was very short, and the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Amber, the assistant manager, Lex, the store manager, and Josh in alignment for going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Their professionalism, communication, and positive attitude truly made a difference. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for fast, reliable, honest, and excellent service!

Super happy with the customer service from the first time I walked in the door on Saturday morning! I told her I had a Tesla and that I did some research and some ideas of what tires I might be interested in! She found the tire I wanted and said she would order them and have them on Monday. I said I was just starting my tire shopping. There was no pressure at all . She said they had a promotion with a free front-end alignment. She gave me a printed copy of my quote! I checked with 3 other places and none of them could get the tires that quick for the same price! . I dropped my car off Monday morning and the installation was completed without a hitch!! I went with Goodyear electric drive 2 tires! Peoples reviews said they are quieter and a noticeably softer smoother ride and the factory continental tires! That's what I was looking for an hoping for. The second I started pulling out of the parking lot there was a huge smile on my face! They are soooooo much better than the Continental tires! Thank you Tire Choice for making this a great experience!!
